LOCATION

The Sweep is a wide open 900sqf space where the possibilities are endless. The best part is our eye-level 80ft wall of north facing, half fogged windows. This consistent natural light is heavenly at all times of day whether it’s sunny or gloomy. It’s a first floor load-in through two doors measuring 35” wide. The floors are heavily distressed medium dark wood “pirate ship chic”. The walls are white cinder-brick with a few walls in a light white wood finish, both textured and giant pegboard (see photos). Available in this space are paper backdrops, 8’x4’(x4) set-flats, shiny black tile modular flooring, couches, chairs, desks and a few props and decorations (please ask for specifics).

USAGE

This space includes, but is not limited to, The Backdrop, The boutique and The Living Room. It’is ideal for photography, video podcasting, interviews, music performances or narrative and documentary filmmaking. You’ll be equipped with gigabit internet for high quality streaming on your own, and the ability to upgrade all camera, lighting, sound equipment and crew when needed.

SOUND

This space has thin windows and isn’t sound-proof. It’s only unusable at rush-hour or if an ambulance comes by.

SETUP

We are always willing to help you create the space of your dreams, or at least the space of your story-boards. From set and production design, through lighting, camera, live and post-production work, we can achieve your vision.
